These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wink, including our Telegram trading bot, the Wink platform, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By using Wink, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The Services are not available to individuals or entities located, residing, or established in jurisdictions subject to sanctions by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or other applicable jurisdictions, including but not limited to Algeria, Belarus, Bolivia, Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Luhansk, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, or jurisdictions restricting cryptocurrency transactions (collectively, "Restricted Jurisdictions").

You affirm you are neither a Restricted Person nor coordinating your activities from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Use of tools like VPNs to evade these restrictions is strictly prohibited.

Restrictions

You must not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our Services.
• Provide or enable access to our Services for individuals in Restricted Jurisdictions.

Third-Party Services

Wink facilitates your interactions with decentralized exchanges (DEXs), third-party smart contracts, and other blockchain technologies not under our control. Wink disclaims all liability for your interactions with such third-party technologies. You must comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party service you access.

Security and Risks

Wink generates a digital wallet ("Trading Wallet") accessible via Telegram. Your wallet keys are transmitted unencrypted, and you are responsible for securing these keys. Wink disclaims all liability for any loss resulting from key compromise, wallet theft, or third-party security failures.

Fees

Wink charges fees for certain transactions facilitated by the Services. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. We do not control third-party fees and assume no liability for fees charged by third-party exchanges or technologies.

Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property associated with Wink Services are exclusively owned by us or our licensors. You must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit such content commercially or otherwise without explicit permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Wink for unlawful purposes, money laundering, market manipulation, or unauthorized solicitation. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

No Financial Advice

Wink does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You alone bear full responsibility for your trading decisions and acknowledge the inherent risks in cryptocurrency trading.

Limitation of Liability

Wink disclaims all warranties related to Services, provided "as is" without guarantee of accuracy, uptime, or freedom from defects. Wink and affiliated parties are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred through use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wink and affiliated parties from any claims arising from your misuse or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the LCIA Rules, with the seat of arbitration in George Town, Cayman Islands.

Changes to Terms

Wink reserves the right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
